Beside Jim’s modules, there will be two extra panels of Romanian professionals experienced in team management and leadership.
The first panel will have a methodical direction, tools, how to’s , what to avoid and what to replicate, q&a , and will host Radu Manolescu, Managing Partner KmTrust&Partners , Cristian Parvulescu Business Development and International Cooperation Manager at Romelectro, and others, panel that will be moderated by Petru Pacuraru, leadership consultant, entrepreneur and President of Leaders Romania.
The second panel focus on heavy experienced Romanian managers and entrepreneurs, such as Radu Georgescu, CEO Gecad, and others, panel moderated by Jim Bagnola.Get inspired, and get motivated by them stories, learn how to lead your team, from the best performers.
Goal: Use teaming and leadership principles to take the team to its next level of achievement. This topic focuses the team members on continuing to move from a traditional culture to a more participative culture; from do as you are told to a do whatever it takes commitment.
Purpose: Teaming is about human interaction. It places tremendous demands on interpersonal skills. The workshop refocuses team members on the three vital interpersonal skills to improve organizational and personal listening, conflict resolution and assertiveness.
