Customized training with Jim Bagnola

Jim Bagnola expertise is to adjust the information, the tools,the attitudes,the examples and values from personal and professional life, but also from other companies to inspire and transform people into leaders.

Open-events give you ideas and solutions for different problems, but the customized programs give you desired solutions for your company.

A customized event with Jim follows the steps:

1. A meeting with Jim and program’s beneficiary in which will be discussed the theme to be approached depending on the organisational specific objectives. There will be also a discussion about the program’s structure and other details.

2. A questionnaire if it is a new client where there are put in front: the objectives, organisational expectations. The Questionnaire will be completed by the beneficiary and the participants to the future training.

3. The training, will has 2 days for each of Jim’s modules.

4. The debriefing, afterwards meeting in which is analysed a received feedback, the objectives and next sessions establishing.

 

Long term programs with Jim Bagnola have training strategy, consultancy, training and coaching,allthis coordinated by Jim Bagnola, together with HPDI team.

At this moment, Jim’s activity in Romania is made of 80 % customized trainings and long term programs, the other 20% is represented by the open events.

3. Who Do You Work For Anyway? Transforming Customers into Long-Term Followers , even if you do not work in sales field, you have to know the perspective of your client towards your company. 4. Stop Going Out of Your Mind Over Change:  Become a Quick-Change Artist, si Jim spunea “If you dislike change, you will dislike irrelevancy even more.” Este un training despre schimbare si despre  cum poti castiga controlul asupra schimbarii. 7. The Leader as Coach: Transforming Talent Into Performance.
